Texas Spirit 97 North - 2011 North Texas President's Cup Champion
The 97 North Girls go undefeated in 2011 President's Cup qualifying to earn a spot in the US Soccer Southern Region Tournament. This will be the second year in a row the team has represented North Texas in this prestigious event.
The 97 North Girls advanced to the Finals of the US Soccer Southern Region Tournament in Decatur, AL beating the Georgia State Champions to face a Houston Texas team in the final. A hard fought match left the girls just short of their quest to make it to the Nationals. Congrats to the girls for an exciting weekend of soccer.
